1. Express Wine Delivery hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
2. All invoices and bill of ladings must have complete and correct ship
to name, address and phone number; otherwise, an additional fee will be assess.

We assume all deliveries can be made between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. on any delivery day, unless prior
arrangements have been made.
4. We will always attempt to respect restricted
delivery hours of your customers at no extra charge. However, if special instructions require specific
delivery times a $10 additional charge may apply.
5. All deliveries are made Tuesday thru Friday.

All wine pick-ups are made Monday thru Thursday. Please note that if we don’t pick-up
wine at your facility regularly, send a written pick-up request to EWD via fax or e-mail. We can provide you with Pick-Up
Forms.
7. Our policy is that we can only wait 15 minutes
for deliveries. After this time you will be notified that we must proceed to our next stop.
You will be charged a normal delivery rate. If a second attempt delivery is requested another delivery
charge will be applied. We cannot guarantee a second attempt will be made the same day.
8. Deliveries that are attempted but refused or are undeliverable will
be noted with reason for non-delivery and you will be notified immediately. You will be charged a normal
delivery rate for the delivery attempt. If for some reason EWD made an incorrect delivery, it will be corrected immediately
at EWD expense, without any additional charge ONLY on that specific error.
9. Any
returned products will asses a return delivery charge. Also, any product exchange or product addition to a completed order
will be considered a total separate delivery. If is EWD’s error no charged will be assessed.
10. Delivery of a mixed or partial case will be charged at a full case rate. 6pk case is considering
a single case package; therefore, it will get charged accordingly.
11. Cut off time
for inventory orders for next day delivery is 2:00pm. Any inventory orders received after 2:00pm will be considered a RUSH
order and a fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
12. Cut off time for non-inventory orders is 5:00pm, customer must bring
product to EWD’s premises with corrected and completed bill of lading. There will be a $10 charge when bill of lading
is not present.
*** Non-inventory and inventory orders WON’T be processed after 5:00pm for next day delivery
13. COD orders will be charged an additional
$7 per order. We can only accept checks or money orders.
14. An additional $10 per order charge will be applied to residential deliveries.
A contact name and phone number must be provided. Adult signature is required at time of delivery. EWD reserves the right to withhold shipments
when payment has not been received after appointed period.
15. We
will need your customer authorization in order to leave product without adult signature or at neighbor’s house.
16. All requests for case pickups from your customers must be done on a pickup request tag
provided by you. A normal delivery rate will be applied.
17. At
this moment EWD DOES NOT charge to any of our customers for any required delivery appointments made by EWD
to any Chain Store or Club Store, but EWD requires having an accurate PO#, vendor number, store’s item
number, full description of the product and total number of cases on each of your bill of ladings at the moment of making
appointment and delivery. If there is missing information, EWD will charge $25 per order in any additional time spend to collect
and/or add such information to customer’s bill of lading. Please note that any Chain Store orders will require 1-3 days
lead time prior to delivery day.
18. A 15% fuel surcharge will be applied to all orders.
19. Cut off time for our inventory customer’s order processing is 2:00pm. Any
orders received after this time are considerer RUSH orders a $25 will be applied.
20. Express
Wine Delivery billing statements are due net 15 days from the statement date. After 30 days a late fee
of 1.5% will be applied to the original total due. Any invoices unpaid after 60 days, customer’s account will be placed
on HOLD for deliveries and/or shipping out inventory product at EWD.
EWD reserves the right to withhold shipments when payment has not been received after appointed period.
21. Limitation
of Liability for Damages: EWD’s maximum liability for the lost or damaged goods should not
exceed .10% of the sum of all cases shipped and received during one year period. In other words, EWD will have a breakage
allowance only on .10% The maximum liability to be reimbursed to the customer for Breakage
or Unexplained shortages shall be limited to the wholesale value per case, pro-rated for any partial cases, not to exceed
$150.00 per case or $12.00 per bottle. Breakages should not include any stained or torn labels, damaged foils or packing.
EWD held responsibility of breakages when this occurred while product been handled or transport by EWD.
EWD shall not be responsible for any defected, shortage or damaged product received from original pick-up location.
EWD is not liable for any breakages made by winery’s customer, their customer’s employees or any common
carrier. For storage product, we require a 24 hour waiting period after
receipt of wine product to ensure it is properly checked in and entered into the computer for shipment. NO orders will be
processed during this waiting period; otherwise, a higher rate will be applied.
22. Winery’s
physical inventory, bank and insurance inventory audits must be scheduled a week in advanced. NO wine cases can be pulled
from inventory without previous order requested.
23. Any customer who wishes to evacuate our warehouse,
all charges for storage and other services must be paid in full prior to the time of evacuation. Express Wine Delivery
reserves the right to withhold evacuation of merchandise until all charges have been paid.
